1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility:

• Age and Residency: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Prize Redemption: Winners must redeem their prize in person at a Supplement Giant retail location in Kansas or Colorado. No substitutions or alternate prize delivery methods will be provided.
• Ineligible Participants: Employees, officers, and directors of Supplement Giant, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

• Online Entry: Participants may enter the Giveaway by visiting the contest entry form and submitting the requested contact information. Participants are responsible for all charges imposed by their Internet service/ provider, including any applicable taxes on such services, in connection with submission of registration.
• Entry Limitations: Only one entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without signing up for email or SMS marketing, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to Supplement Giant Inc, 98 Wadsworth Blvd #126, Lakewood, CO 80226, with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry."

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected at random in weekly drawings from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via the email or SMS provided at the time of entry and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. Supplement Giant will make up to two attempts to contact each potential winner.

5. Prize Details:

• Gift Card Prize: Winners will receive a gift card redeemable only at Supplement Giant retail locations. The prize has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable. Full sized items only at regular price. Not valid for Lean Kitchen, snacks or drinks.
• In-Store Redemption Only: The gift card must be redeemed in-store and may not be used for online purchases. Must be redeemed in full in one transaction.
• No Substitutions: No substitution of prize is permitted

6. Consent for Marketing Communications: By entering, participants agree to join the Supplement Giant email and SMS marketing lists. Participants may unsubscribe at any time and will no longer receive marketing communications.

7. Void Where Prohibited: This contest is void where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy Policy: All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Supplement Giant Privacy Policy.

9. Right to Disqualify: Supplement Giant reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or if there is evidence of fraud or other malicious activities.

10. Right to Terminate or Modify: Supplement Giant reserves the right to end, modify, or suspend the contest at any time for any reason.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Supplement Giant, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Publicity Consent: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Supplement Giant's use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Agreement to the Official Rules: By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
